The staff was very friendly and accommodating.  We booked a basic, no frills room (queen bed) so no hair dryer.  There was in room coffee service.  The staff (owner) kindly supplied the coffee we needed for our stay.
The room was clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced.  A great value. 

Great place; Great value

We only had a one night stay but it was the perfect place and we wished we had an extra night.

The cabin are set well of the road in a large trees area and are very quiet from any road or exterior noise.

The room was large and the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

There is an air conditioner for summer but the heating in the fall was not very warm.

Great place to stay

Excellent motel, extreem friendly staff. Rooms are very nice, clean and big. Swimming pool is excellent. Very good for visiting Sequoia National park, well kept, parking at your door, central swimming pool. Terrain is very well maintaint as well as the cottage. Kolibries near the office are fun. Very helpfull staf if you have a problem. An excellent stay over al. 

Excellent motel to visit Sequoia, you have to stay here. 

Great to have a detached bungalow to ourselves with separate kitchen that had a massive fridge and full oven with hob and microwave. We only used the fridge, toaster & coffee machine but useful for others wanting to cook. Coffee pods provided. Nice that house keeping visited daily adding towels, making the beds, taking recycling etc. Some places are using covid as an excuse not to do this. Shower cubicle a bit dated but waterflow is fine. It is a little family run ranch motel and their website says charming and rustic which it is. Hummingbirds by reception are great to watch and look out for other wildlife.

Friendly welcoming staff. A family-run venue and the personable element is evident. Lots of info available about the local area as no restaurant/shop onsite. There are several places to eat in Three Rivers. The main reason to stay is the proximity to Sequoia. A windy road takes you up the 6000ft climb. Buses do it, but still not for the faint hearted! Really enjoyed our stay at the ranch motel.

Lovely stay in detached bungalow/cottage 

We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children). The staff were very friendly, & we loved using the pool. We stayed in a "cottage" and I think the room was a little small for a family of 5, but we made it work. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our own meals. There are only 4 chairs round the table but we borrowed a plastic chair from the pool area so that 5 of us could sit together for our meals. A really nice place to stay & we would recommend.

A lovely stay

Lovely basic motel with comfortable and clean room. Outside cabins could do with a bit of TLC. No food available but short drive to well stocked general store and restaurants. Good location to get to park. Nice pool.
Easy walk to river and lake. Great to see hummingbirds and other wild birds

Great location

Really surprised with his hidden gem... The scenery all around is absolutely incredible (on the verge of breath-taking) and the motel/ranch in itself was a truly wonderful experience. The amount of wildlife all around was unbelievable, with an abundance of hummingbirds right at check-in an absolute must see, as well as Turtle the cat who you rally do have to meet.  I really do hope to stay here again one day.

Outstanding stay

Great place in three rivers. Very nice fully equipped rooms with double beds , coffee maker , microwave and large refrigerator. Staff was really  friendly. Drive to entrance park is 20 min but to highlights in Seqouia 80-90 min ( through beautiful scenery on great road ). Highly recommended place for family stay

Perfect for family stay

Really pleased with our stay here on a family trip in April 2022. Only sad we were not staying for longer. Property looks lovely. Check in was easy & we were provided with some good local info. Amenities in the room were good, room was clean & bed was comfortable. Few extra surprises on the property fir any animal & wildlife fans too. Excellent stay!

Wonderful

Really nice, clean, comfortable and quiet. A great family place. Very close to Sequoia. Staff was friendly, office is super prepared with local restaurant suggestions and menus, a ton of DVD’s you can borrow and a cute cat to boot! Make sure you arrive right at 3pm for check in, the office is closed before that!
