Great place to stay and sleep. Great view of the biggest Lake from all around the Lake. Very reasonable prices and charging chargers raters raters rates. Bedding is perfect always perfectly clean sheets. Room service is always quick when you have a question and is very responsive.

Lodging

Very friendly service and staff. One couldn't possibly ask for a better place to stay...........  Very beautiful picturesque view of the Lake. Great place for Young guys to stay in. Rates are quite reasonable.

Sleeping

Very friendly service and smiling staff. Great place for loner guys. Staff is always socialable and chattable. Charging rates/ prices are fair and always average. Atmosphere is average/fair enough....

This is not a fancy place but it's been very clean every time we've visited.  6 years now.  The owners go out of their way to be accommodating, the rates are very good. My very favorite thing?  Sitting outside our room and enjoying Lake Michigan!,

I wanted to like this place.  It was just too dirty.  The walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, the bathroom was not great, the bedding seemed clean.  There are covers on the mattress & plastic on the box spring or I may have just forfeited my $80 (entirely too much money for this room)  and left. There was very obvious water damage on the walls.  Where they lost me, completely, they repaired holes in the window with toilet paper.  I have no problem with a quick easy fix but for Pete's sake they make silicone, or great stuff, or a plethora of other inexpensive alternatives to toilet paper.  The guy that checked us in was very nice, but there is no excuse for the complete lack of maintenance. Based on the toilet paper in the window I don't trust this business is doing anything in the best interest of their customer, which makes me worry about health and safety.

Ok in a pinch but if you have options.....

Hi we has stayed here for 2 nights....it was clean but needs a full paint job all around. Walls had dirty marks and ceiling tiles were showing water damage.. could use new blankets towels and sheets. The windows have duct tape on them falling off.wall decor is old and dirty..office man was pleasant.i would not stay there again...only if updates were made...sorry....i tried to like it

Needs updating and improvements

I arrived late on a cold night in November.  Only heat was a portable space heater that i had to find and plug in to start. No other heat in bathroom.  No hot water, towels or soap.  Light switch at entrance not connected to working light.  I had to stumble through darkness to find working lamp.  Walls were dirty and patched.  The room had a strong tobacco smell.  Traffic noise inside was almost the same as being outside next to highway.  I cannot report on bed, I left after the above discoveries.  Proprietor required cash up front,  credit card not accepted.

Way below standard

Dirty tile floors. Lights burned out. Frayed rags for towels. Dirty tub and bathroom. Shower had zero water pressure. AC unit held in the window with duct tape. Highly over priced 39.99 still to much.
