The lady who works in the office from time to time is very nice and helpful, she's the only reason for the 5 stars. I think they need to get a new maid or something because whoever is housekeeper does not know what they are doing.

First, the on Duty manager greeted me and spoke to me in a friendly Manner and welcome to me to his hotel. The wrong with adequate comfortable neat and clean. Best of all the price was 30% cheaper then the hotel directly across the street. I would stay in this hotel in the future again since I do travel back and forth between LA and Vegas all the time.

Comfortable and affordable

My name is Andrew Mauricio I just recently spent the night at this hotel this Friday night and I just wanted to write a review to express how satisfied I was to call and have the crew of this establishment help me make this such an easy and fast way to book a night and have a place to stay at when I had nowhere else to go. Not only from a call that lasted no longer then 5 minutes to get me situated but once I checked in the customer service was great from answering any questions I had to helping me with directions to my room once i reached the room itself it felt as if I was back home definitely had a very comfortable feeling coming here knowing I was in good hands of the people running the establishment with an amazing pool that I was able to go to in the morning to the beautiful restroom I had the pleasure of using the night before as I got ready to go to sleep in my cozy bed just trying to let you know if you are unsure of where to stay look no further.

Great Time

I loved staying here with my husband and family for a couple of days since my house was being renovated . They have morning coffee . Very nice rates . My kids loved the pool and the location was great

We were on our way to the cruise terminal in Long Beach and didn't want to get up at 3am so we stayed one night here. It was the cheapest option. This might have been so cheap because of the road work being done at that time. The road was closed so they probably needed to do something to entice people to invest the energy in figuring out how to get there. I did notice that the walls were exceptionally thin. The towels were worn thin and the size of a postage stamp. For the money it served our very limited requirements.  There were no bugs, the TV worked, the sheets appeared clean. There was a gas station convenience store down the street where we got coffee in the morning. It was fine. 

Passing through 

Victorville is not the place you would choose for a holiday destination and the Hilltop Inn wouldn't be my first choice to stay. The proprietor was very moody and didn't do much to make your stay more pleasant. Also the room was OK-ish, but has seen better times. As said it was just a place to crash for the night and for that it was just OK...

Cheap, no thrills

The place is just before Victorville, and seems a bit sketchy. The place is fairly clean and the room is quaint with adequate furniture.The bed is not the most comfortable I have slept on, sure beats sleeping in a car. The bathroom was pretty clean and the towels smelled fresh.  The AC had to work hard to cool the room but within the hour the room began to cool from the grueling heat outside. For the price point of the place you really cannot beat this place. The staff here is friendly and they are trying to live the American Dream, hard to knock who is trying to put an aging building back together. The pool had debris in it, but the wind was blowing so I could assume that would not help matters much. The pool area was a relief from the heat. Overall an average place to stay better than sleeping in a car, and friendly staff. If I am back in the area, I would stay here again.

Super Friendly Staff

I would not stay there because of the roach investation and the owner will not do anything about it and the oversized peice of crap in the office likes to tamper with everyone's mail and the owner still won't do anything about it also they discriminate against everyone and there have mouse and rats in some of the rooms

Worst management  and rude as can be I will not recommend this place to anyone. Dispite the only thing good about here is the house keeper is very nice and kind and dose an excellent at addressing all concerns

Worst ever

The price seems like a great deal until you arrive at the property. Two marked security cars out front that never move, and lots of folks milling around aimlessly. A building that needs paint, concrete crumbling and balconies/rails that do not look like they could withstand our weight, let alone an earthquake.  The room was filthy. Stained carpets and furniture. The sheets seemed clean, but covering an aging innerspring mattress.  A bedspread, but no blanket. The bathroom floor had dirt in every corner. The shower curtain had seen better days. This is a scary place!
