Nice surprise! We stayed here two nights in room 260. It has a king bed, is on the second floor and faces an empty lot so it was quiet. Everything was clean, no mold anywhere, towels actually smelled good, flat screen tv with Direct TV channels, soap & shampoo & hairdryer, extra plugs to charge devices, microwave & refrigerator, ample parking, near all sorts of stores & restaurants, the air conditioner worked great, plenty of hot water in the tub/shower. Great price! Will stay again!

Excellent Budget Motel!

It's very clean, room size is good and the location is close to Vancouver and Portland. Staff is super friendly and there are severals restaurants, bars and grocery stores nearby. 
Coin operated laundry is onsite. 

Good motel

Needed a room for an early moring flight and this was satisfactory.  Easy drive to PDX.  Pleanty of fast food places nearby.  No elevator, so plan to carry bags up stairs.  Coffee makers no in rooms, but office did have free coffee.

Decent Economy Stay Near PDX

Just as the title, small rooms and bathrooms, but very comfortable.  For the area, it is the low price that I went for.   This is very well cared for inside and out.  I would definetly return if I needed a motel in this area.

Small but very clean and comfortable

Have stayed here previously under a dufferebt name, prviately owned, but still the same operators.  They were very  kinda and hepful during my five day stay.  This property is close to a lot, Highway 204 is nearby, Fred Meyers is across the street, Chipolte is a stone throws along with two restaurants I visited while staying here.

Another great stay

I checked in about 8 pm. and rented a room for the night. The price was diffenitly the reason besides being dead tired from driving all day. I was quite surprised by the room when I entered. Very clean, had frig microwave 2 chairs and table along with soft sitting chair. Tv station selection was the norm. Wifi was fast and easy access. Close to several fast food and sit down resturants. Parking was good. Easy access to freeway. It was quite and peaceful night. Yes it was a wed. night but for a busy area it was good. I was single. I do not know what 2 would have cost or a family. Price was 47 dollars plus tax. so it came from to 58 dollars total. Shower had great preasure. The heater in room worked real good. All was clean. Had no bad or musty smells . I thank the desk clerk  and told them I would stay there again on my next visit to the area for work or pleasure.

Afforadable and more

Older hotel, smaller room especially with a table and chair included in the furnishings. The bath on the other hand was spacious - just too bad that doesn't translate into counter space. Clean quiet, comfortable. A few holes in the walls where pictures/fixtures had been, some fading paint on exterior. But all we wanted was a place to sleep before heading to the airport and it works well for that without costing a bunch. Contrary to the TA website it only has coffee in the morning no continental breakfast but there are any number of places close by where you can get it.

Good Value

Noisy guests after 11:00pm.  No hot water in the morning, only lukewarm.  Parking lot not secured with video cameras and inadequate parking.  On-sight manager congenial, very pleasant and helpful.  Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable but room was clean.

Mediocre but cheap compared to other motels in area

Typical budget hotel.  We have stayed here is the past and it is fairly clean.  Room was freezing since the window was left open in 32 degree weather due to Covid; the heater worked great! Would Stay again if need a no frills one night stay.

2nd Stay

The Check in and out process was convenient and easy. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful, Room and property werent really that clean and rooms need remodeling. Bathroom had stains and holes in the door.
