Traveling by bicycle on the Ohio to Erie trail , it was a welcome respite. Nice people, clean rooms, and walking distance to many restaurants. A coffee truck with a purpose is parked 300 from the rooms. Helps women with addiction problems get their lives back. It was nice to see how busy the morning drive thru was, and service with a smile.

Clean, quiet, and good beds.

We were originally going to stay at Caesar Creek State Park but due to weather concerns decided to look for motel.  For those that wrote negative reviews about this place, if you are expecting to stay in the Hilton for the price of Motel 6, you have no reason to be so negative.  We thought it was an excellent stay, check in was very easy and attendant was very friendly and accommodating to our needs.  Made it a point to put us on the 1st floor for our bike and equipment.  Shower was excellent!  Short .4 mile walk to laundromat and you should make sure you eat at the Stone House Tavern.  We would definitely stay here again.  Thanks!  

Trans Am Eastern Express

We were in town for one night for a wedding reception.  The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful.  We got to our room and it was very clean.  I didn't notice any extra noise different from any other hotel as mentioned in a previous review.  The bed was firm, which my husband loved.  I prefer softer beds, but still not too bad.  The only downfall of this room is it didn't have a little refrigerator.  Other than that, my stay was perfect.   We've already decided if we make it down to that area this summer we will be staying there again!  

Nice hotel

Stayed two nights to attend the Renaissance Festival.  Great location, about 5 miles from the park.   Very clean, neat, no frills motel and very reasonably priced.   The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, TV adequate.  Nothing fancy, but perfect for what we needed.   We did not require housekeeping but did ask her to drop off extra toilet paper while we were gone and she did.   Close to downtown, which had some nice shops and historic buildings.   Check-in and check-out went smoothly.   We would definitely stay again when in the area.

Clean, no frills

Whether or not you like this motel depends on your priorities.  I was traveling with my dog, and clean, reasonably priced, safe places to stay are hard to find so I was well pleased with Creekwood Motel.  It was quiet and clean.  There is no wifi, but that was a small sacrifice for me to make.  I'd stay here again.

Good Choice

We were exhausted after fighting blinding rain for hours, especially around Cincinnati, and wanted to find a nearby hotel. This little hotel is clean, and that is about all I can say that is good about it. No wifi, which is unbelievable in this day and age. No refrigerator, which is a common amenity in a toad side hotel. Terrible tv with only a handful of channels (remote barely worked). No hairdryer. Lots of traffic noise. We don't expect luxury, but a few basic amenities would have been nice.

Think twice before staying here

So when booking this hotel I understand fully that it was no frills. The idea of a quaint getaway from the “city life” was appealing for Valentine’s Day.
Let’s just say I won’t be back. I know that the “dated” look and feel of the place is a part of its charm but come on...
It’s in definite need of a paint job. The rooms could afford something to make them smell less musky (it literally smells like an antique store. It gave my wife and I a headache after a couple of hours). One of the double beds were broken. The TV was from 1997. Small bathrooms, lackluster beds, insects of all sorts in the room...the whole thing left a lot to be desired. Again, I know that you get what you pay for but honestly this room shouldn’t have cost more than $40 a night. The free sodas and bag of .25 cent chips don’t warrant $70 a night.
