Tiffany welcomed us with such a great friendly smile. She helped us settle in with ease. After our long day we were starving and she recommend a restaurant that outstanding and close by. Aleah was there when we got back from dinner and she was also so pleasant warm and friendly!! These ladies made us feel right at home.. Love these girls

Trip

It  was  an  OK  place.  Nothing  spectacular.  I  was  only  here  for  a  night.  It  is  right  of  the  Interstate  although  a  little  hard  to  get  to  from  the  southbound  side.  I  had  no  issues  or  anything.  I  just  stopped,  slept,  and  left  in  the  morning.

A  Night  At  the  Hotel

This hotel is conveniently located on Hwy 30, just off 83. The front desk person was welcoming but the surroundings are not. The person is behind super thick plexiglas that made me immediately wonder 1) if it was there before COVID and, 2) is it bullet-proof? But that's just me. Anyway, he was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, when he handed me my room key, he announced outloud my room number #216 -- that's not something any front desk staff person should ever do and especially for a woman traveling alone. It's a safety issue. Another troubling item was as I walked towards the elevator, I had to pass through an open door that was glass and all the glass in the door had been smashed and was held in place with tape. Seeing that did not make me feel safe and secure. The elevator is small, a sign stating only three people at a time is posted. The hallways are wide. When I got to the room, I was pleased to see no carpet! Vinyl tile on the floor which I like because that means the room can be kept cleaner between guests. This hotel seems to have been fairly recently renovated because it's more modern in its look -- bright colors, not a lot of drawers. The room has the typical amenities travelers expect: large TV, fridge, microwave, telephone (that's either not plugged in or doesn't work). There's also a desk with chairs and plenty of electrical outlets. Bed was comfortable, pillow are okay. There was a small spot of what looks like dried blood on the bed sheet. Sheets seem older as they are slightly thin. Towels are decent. Try as I might, I could not get hot water. I didn't take a shower here but I ran the water in the sink for quite a long time and it never even approached luke warm. I then tried the tub to see if I could get anything hot there and I could not. This was a reasonbly quiet hotel. Not sure, but I might stay here again. It's definitely alright for one night. One night without a shower maybe.

Hotel convenient and okay

Check-in time on our written confirmation listed 12:00PM but when we got there at 1:30PM, we were told it wasn’t until 3:00PM. In addition, due to handicap needs, when I called to book, I asked for a first floor room and was assured we would have one, but when we got there the only available room was on the 3rd floor. Fortunately there is an elevator and there was a handicap handrail in the tub. Although the rooms are modest, clean and the price is good, this motel has gone downhill in the past few years. It seems that it is no longer family oriented. 

Check in issues

Average motel but the room was pretty filthy.  There was some unknown filth on the wall, a black spot on the bathtub floor, dirty moldy looking spots on the bathroom floor.  Shower doesnt work well either.  The beds are ok, not the most comfortable but not the worst either.  Front desk is behind thick plastic/glass as if it is some high crime area...off putting.

Maybe look elsewhere

The room was large. The bathtub was filthy. I went to the dollar store to buy spray disinfectant before I’d let my son use the shower. Nobody had cleaned under the beds for years. The sheets were laundered  but stained.  Be careful not to confuse this this with the other Motel 6 nearby. It’s even worse

First room was in quite a state of disrepair.....drawers missing, shower head pulled out with almost no water pressure, bugs,etc......loud music early on and smoke smell from next room permeated in, and I'm asthmatic....they gave me another room, which was a bit better....but there were still bugs...common areas (esp. elevator/hallways) were really beat up, and trash bags everywhere (not good if you have bugs)....I stayed here multiple times through 2019....however, it has really become run-down since then, and I can't recommend...........will stay elsewhere next visit.....

not the best

I read the reviews and still took a chance to stay here for only one night.  The room was clean, just some sticky stuff on the table, but otherwise sleepable and comfortable.  I thought the price was a bit expensive for the basic room, but I hadn't made a reservation anywhere and this was available in the late afternoon.  For one, night?  It's fine.
