Lovely clean room in a good location with wonderful helpful owners. We arranged a boat tour on the Mekong Delta with them and were far from disappointed. We were in a little boat, just the two of us and a boat lady while we watched all the tourist boats go by. We were taken into the heart of the delta where only little boats could go. It was an incredible experience that we won't forget.

So Helpful. 

I have been stay there with some of my friend, the hotel is located at the middle of the downtown, you are able to get everything near by with local restaurants, fruits shop, supermarket, and also very near to the riverside where you can ask for the boat trip visit floating markets. Hotel prices are very reasonable, but the only little problem here is during at middle night from 2: 00am to 4:00 am there is lots of noise outdoor by someone working packaging those fruits throughout the night for supplying to Saigon or anywhere else around the whole Vietnam. So find what you are looking for and get what is the best for you.

Tiny, lovely and friendly

I am at the hotel as I type this and I can say that it is clean, friendly and helpful.  In a corner room we have surrounding windows, the bathroom  is fresh and the bed is comfortable, though if you are tall you might struggle.  

Location is perfect, 1 block back from the riverfront and surrounded by cafés, local eats etc.  night market is 1 block away also.  

The owner is very helpful and phoned around to find information I wanted but he didn't have. If you don't speak some Vietnamese his sister was on hand and is fluent.  250,000d was the price I agreed for double bed room.  

Nifty little place

The Room around the reception looks ok, but the room and the bathroom were not clean. Antz and other little black animals live there too. We had to ask for toiletpaper and a change of the towels. It did not seem that thing like that goes without saying.

friendly but carelessly

They charge 50% more per room if you book through Agoda. Then after we stayed...and paid the hotel cancelled my booking with Agoda so they kept the extra commission. When we checked out we were charged 300,000 VND but when we cillected our bags we had to pay an additional 143,000 VND because it was an Agoda booking. Smells a lot loke a scam to me.
