This guest house is totally worth it for budget travelers in the Dalat area. The house is centrally located, the family is so amazing, the breakfast each morning is delicious, and all activities can be coordinated there.

Wonderful Hosts and Great Location!

Best breakfast we’ve had in Vietnam! Such a lovely family, big huge smiles and they keep a very clean and cozy home. We both had a fantastic time and 200% would come back here again. Excellent value for money! Thanks so much for your hospitality! X 

Amazing!

This is obviously not a luxury stay. That being said this place is absolutely worth everything. The beds were cumfy and cozy. The location was prime. Above all the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond for us. I would not hesitate to book this immediately. 

Brilliant

My husband and myself stayed here for 3 days over the weekend just gone. Both the owners were always on hand to help if we needed any and nothing ever seemed like it was too much trouble for them.
The breakfast was very nice and The rooms are very clean and spacious and great value for money!

Great stay!

I don't agree with those poor reviews. It's not the owners fault if people are loud in the hotel. They don't control someone's mouth, their job is to offer you service and accommodation. It's your responsibility to do something if you like something out of their control. But the hospitality of the person is far different. For me, they are amazing people. Look for a 5 star hotel if you like to save penny. The owner are so amazing and kind. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Amazing stay

This was one of our best stay in Vietnam. The owner of this guesthouse was very nice and helpful.  One evening they even cooked dinner for us. 
The location is very quiet, the room had everything you need and you can book trips right at the reception.
We felt really comfortable and would definitely come back!!

Very nice and helpful

The couple who runs this are the definition of hospitable; happily accommodating dad and myself after we rolled in at 4am after a night train from HCMC. Then once we got back from our coffee tour, he graciously let us hole up while we planned our next move, even though we were leaving that night (I.e. had nothing booked with them!). Great simple accommodations, clean rooms, and exactly what we needed. 

Excellent stay!

My group of 3 girls stayed at this place for one night in Da Lat. We arrived at 4am, which is way early than our expected check in, but the host lady still warmly welcomed us. She offered us hot tea, suggested us lots of places to eat/visit and kindly booked for us a 1 day tour around Da Lat. Her husband is also super friendly in which beyond my expectation for Vietnam's customer service. Our clean and tidy room has 2 double queen beds and a private bathroom, costed us the total of $14 US for 1 night. The location is nearby to variety of eatery places, a pharmacy and walk distance to the night market. 

Overall, my stay was pleasant and I would recommend to everyone. 

Pleasant stay

We only stayed here a few nights but I will have the memories for years! A wonderful place to stay in a great location and a great price but the owners are truly the reason why we would stay here again! They were so helpful with making the most of our time here and even took us out to play pool. Honestly the most thoughtful and generous family you'll ever meet. They really went above and beyond in every aspect like providing us snacks for our night bus to Hoi An.

Wonderful

Enjoyed our stay at Thien Kim Guest House so so much! Not only was the room extremely clean with our own balcony, the owners were so warm and hospitable. They'd stick around to chat whenever they saw us around and everytime we walked in after a day out, we'd get given all sorts of snacks on them! They also gave us a parting gift, a local passionfruit juice concentrate. They were so extremely thoughtful and lovely.

They also recommended us places to go and see, and helped us book a Da Lat Easyriders tour with the most hilarious guide; Mui. If you are ever in Da Lat, do yourself a favour, stay here and book a tour in with Mui. I guarantee you you will be in tears laughing the entire time.

The location was so good, away from the loud areas but only a 5min walk away from the central shops and market area.

Would definitely come back to stay here if I am back in Da Lat!
