I was happy to stay here. Hotel location is good place to walk few second go to the market. From our had good view face to Lake view so that is good idea for any couple would like to enjoy fresh air and relax. I had a great memories and experience with friendly staff and warmly welcome from Front Office team and management. Especially I would like to say thank you to Mr. Huy to make us as King and Queen during our stay. We will come back to stay in the next future.

Good view and great services

This hotel is one of the biggest and longest in Da Lat. The rooms are large with no air-conditioning since it is cold enough. Instead, it has a "fireplace" with serves as a heater. The best thing for me was the toilet, as it had a bathtub. Bathtubs always makes me happy, as it is therapeutic to soak at the end of a long day to get away from the stress and cold. 
There is construction going on in the hotel when I visited. I heard other travellers complaining that it continued throughout the night, so be wary of that. 
The breakfast was just bad. Cold food, with ingredients not ready. The dining venue was also hard to find. So, do go and get your own breakfast outside of the hotel.

Great rooms, lousy food

This looks reasonably good from the outside but is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at. The rooms stink, the doors do not close properly, the staff is quite unhelpful. 
Also the location is quite noisy and they regularly conduct construction work, so guaranteed you won’t sleep well.

Catastrophic hotel

Rude and incompetent staff. Poor plumbing in bathroom. Didn't have replacement twin room for other guests in party so they made someone sleep on the floor. Room wasn't made up for our next day. Didn't bother with breakfast because it looked so disgusting. No double glazing or air conditioning so rooms are noisy and hot. Ruined a perfectly good weekend. 

Very poor value for money.

It was an unpleasant stay.

When I first came to the hotel it gave me a feeling that its an amazing place to stay. I know that the hotel is still getting its finishing touches but it's not even ready to be open for business. Every detail of this hotel when you look closely is just a rush.

About my room....
I think the only thing i like about my room is the size and layout of it. 
The rest was aweful....
I hate the bathroom, when i take a shower the whole bathroom floor gets wet and slippery. That is no 4 star experience.
Outside the balcony looks like it hasnt been clean for a while. Eventhough we have a balcony but didnt wanna go out there because it looks dirty.

The door was hard to open and close so it makes a  lot of noises when we do so. 
We can hear everything from outside it was annoying when trying to get some peace. 

Breakfast was quite basic for a 4 star hotel
There was 1 particular dish that i thought would taste amazing. It was the soup, such a big disappointment.  It looked nice with all the vegies etc but there was no flavouring. It tasted like im having a bowl of water.

Very disapointed and we definitely won't  be coming back.

Worst hotel ever stayed at

The owner must have paid a lot to earn 4 stars for their hotel. Elevators out of work, wavy flooring, a strong proof for badly-done floor and using cheap carpet to cover, damn slow wifi, cheap and carelessly made furniture. Smoking is allowed everywhere, even in the closed dining room with lots of children. The staffs are not trained properly. Conclusion, don't choose this hotel.
