The guesthouse is very nice  it is  in the center near the central market, pagoda and temples and near the Harbor. All walking distance, the Room was very  clean and family very friendly. . Really suggest the place 

Very nice place to stay 

Nice view from bed & balcony on Phu Quoc River and fishermen boats . I paid 11$ / night .  Very very clean hotel with pleasant & helpful staff . Confortable bed , good À/C , furniture & décor are typical south Vietnam design . You can park your moto inside hotel lobby . When back to Ha Tien , I will stay again in this charming hotel .

Perfect

I had booked this hotel by phone a few months before we travelled and reconfirmed a few days before we arrived.  The location was good for what we needed as we really only used Ha Tien as a stopover on the way to Cambodia.  The hotel is relatively new and very near to the river.  We had a very small balcony that you couldn't sit out on but we had a good view of the river through large windows.  The room was a little small but very clean and comfortable (but very hard bed and light curtains) and the bathroom was also very clean (but no soap and very small towels provided).  I don't think any food was available including no breakfast, but there were a few places nearby that you could get a feed.  Notably, a great seafood restaurant / beer hall was only about 50 metres away (5 Lua - see review).  The hotel owners / staff were very friendly but the only big downside to the location (maybe everywhere in Ha Tien) is the loud noises from the bird houses - thank goodness we only had 1 night here ....would stay here again (but only 1 night ....)

A great find

This guesthouse is great! Our room was modern, very clean, had a balcony overseeing the river and a TV with english-speaking channels. The staff does not speak much English but is very nice. Greatly recommended.

Great guesthouse in Ha Tien

Dear Travelers, 

This is a gem! 

This place is so clean and I paid $25 usd/night for a room with 2 Queen Size beds. 

It has A/C and clean large bathroom with stand up shower and heated water ! 

The owner is super friendly and so are the staffs.

During my trip the owner allowed 7 of us to stay in the above mentioned room for the above mentioned price. Can't beat that anywhere in Ha Tien, Vietnam. 

I was totally impressed with the cleanliness and the services for the price I paid, and can't say the same for the 1 star hotels near by! 

Well, give it a stay and enjoy.

Big Bang for the Bucks! 

A family hotel, well maintained and clean rooms. Nice staff that speaks sufficient English. We were travelling by bicycle, it was no problem to park them inside. We had a room with a beautiful big balcony with a view on the river. Recommended.

Great balcony

Stayed for one night on our way to the islands. Great for a one night stay. Very clean rooms for a low price, they don't speak much English but the staff was very helpful with a little help from Google translator. 

Neat, clean and cheap

So after some ambiguous reason to charge a mark up on the room. We checked in to gia phuc and went exploring. After a few drinks we arrived back at the hotel aound 12:00 to find the whole place locked up for the night, some communication would be helpful here i feel. 

Thankfully there were a group of people having a karaoke with a loud speaker directly outside who proceeded to shout into the microphone until someone came and opened up (probably the only time a guest will be thankful for a karaoke loud speaker right outside the front door)

The hotel is new, clean and still afordable dispite ambiguous mark ups. But dont go out on the town for the night.
