Whilst checking my backpack at the airline counter in Brunei for my flight to ManilaPI, I was required to show evidence of on-ward transit out, so made a purchase on my cellphone of the cheapest flight to my anticipated destination (HCMC/Saigon), which was a red-eye. Disliking these anyway, I found the closest overnight spot, which was this hotel. 
I was completely uncertain of what to expect, but was most surprised by the excellent quality and the great receptionist. It was the very positive beginning of my love of this great country, which I want to return to in two years. 
Within the past year, (To me, in my “ageing out” condition) a key feature of any multi-story building is a lift/elevator, and this fine hotel has it. It’s proximity to the airport was crucial to getting adequate rest after the red-eye. I was extremely pleased with all of the amenities, which I also include an excellent coffee shop next door!
Both certainly get my “Wheel of Approval!”

Arrived at the hotel late and the guy at the reception was so friendly, I told them that already have a room that I booked online, they confirmed and gave us the room keys. Apparently the room that we got has no windows but that doesnt brother us at all. The room is clean and the toilet is working well, air-conditioning is 100% working during our stay. We stayed from the 12th to the 17th of April 2018, checked out early on the 17th and leaving the hotel without any problem. Would definitely comeback and stay again. 

Nice place to stay just to sleep and very affordable. 

Great place and location! Rooms are clean and the host Lah is a great guy! Ask him for the best bahn mi spot in town, he will help you to get around easily and will do everything to ensure a nice stay in HCMC

me and my wife was satisfied in this hotel coz very cheap and nice people around, the place were very near the airport and very near to different business establishment. we really recommend this hotel to all travellers.

I booked this hotel because of it's close proximity to the airport during a short stopover in HCMC. I needed a room for around 4 hours which included about 3 hours to sleep and to shower before heading back to the airport.

Location:
Location was very close to the airport by taxi which did not cost much. The taxi driver on arrival (late morning) however found it difficult to locate the hotel even though it was located on a main road. But it was all sorted after the taxi driver contacted the hotel and received directions from the receptionist in Vietnamese. On check out (early evening), I found it difficult to connect to a Grab (equivalent to an Uber in South East Asia) but the friendly receptionist called for a metre taxi which too did not cost much.

I did not however get a chance to venture out of the hotel to explore the immediate area because after a long flight from Brisbane to Bangkok where I had a big night out during my 9 hour stopover prior to catching the flight to HCMC, all I wanted was some shut eye before my on wards journey to Hoi An.

Room:
The room had an ok air conditioner which took it's time to cool but after awhile it cooled the room well enough. That's where it ends. The room was dusty, floor was not swept, no window, my bed sheet had a stain right at the centre of the mattress (??!!??). The pillow cases and the blanket appeared to not be washed. I barely got any sleep during the 3 hours and slept on the edge of the bed.

Bathroom:
The small bathroom was very old, very dirty, and had an open shower which wet the whole bathroom when having a shower. 

It just makes me cringe thinking about my experience. Don't get me wrong, I knew I was booking a budget hotel for the short time I needed to spend in the room so I didn't expect much for the price, but the cleanliness was just shocking. Maybe I was just unlucky with the room which was allocated but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, except maybe to my worst enemy.

Out of sight, out of mind

We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and the fact we only needed it for a very short overnight stay. In hindsight we would rather have slept on the seats at the airport or spent just a bit more somewhere else. We didn't expect anything fancy but this place is gross.

This place is run-down, very dirty and the one staff member we saw at reception obviously was in the wrong job. He first gave us a tiny windowless room with one bed although we are a family of 3 and had booked a room with 2 beds, The next room was what we had booked with the extra filth as an extra bonus. Full ashtray, smelly bed linen, fridge with food scraps, bathroom with dirty toilet seat, sink, shelf and mirror with stains all over it and broken furniture.On top of that it was full of dust. If it hadn't been for our 7 year old daughter being tired we would have left immediately, but decided to stick it out. The best thing about our stay at this hotel is that it was very short. We have backpacked a lot in our younger years and this is definitely one of the worst hotels ever.

Do yourself a favour a find somewhere else to stay.

Filth extravaganza - avoid this hotel.

Booked a room here 1st March and 2nd and 5th and 6th first two days fine but on 2nd two days when I checked out they tried to make me pay again, I showed them a copy of my booking that it was all paid before I arrived so they then said I must pay 200000VND as I had twin beds in the room instead of a double bed, it appears as the hotel was very quiet they try to scam the foreigners to get some income, I paid as they would not return my document and had taxi waiting to take me to the airport, the good thing about this hotel is beds are comfortable but the electric sockets are blocked and difficult to charge you’re phone etc, beware of this hotel especially the young guy works in reception.
