Good hotel but quite old

Pros:
- Great location
- Breakfast is buffet (not great not bad)
- Big rooms

Cons:
- Quite old (the couches in the lobby look dirty)
- Noisy on the weekends

The staff is fine but not exceptionally great.
This is an okay hotel for its price. You get what you pay for!

Average stay

I would like to say that the hotel is very okay but not up to the standard I expected. 
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful but I got scam by them from the airport taxi transport service. Where I pay for 180,000 dong and get a uber ride which I can book it from the hotel to the airport for 75,000 dong. The hotel staff sometimes ask for tips which quite annoy me. 
The good thing is that the hotel to bui vien street is very near just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you are planning to rent a motor, DO NOT rent from the bell boy or the front desk. 
If you planning to book the hotel check the prescription of accommodation of the room given as I book the room it says that the drinks from the room is been paid but when I book out I have to pay for a 1.5L mineral water. So whatever you do, do not take the drink from the fridge just buy it at Vinamart or B'marts or Family mart. 

Good hotel 

We choose to stay there because it is in the city centre, but later we found out that there are more option with the nearer location to the market. Hotel room is small and not properly maintained. On the good side, we were assisted by nice staff to arrange our visit in the city like purchasing ticket for shows, trip to outside of the city, etc.

Good location but poor condition

I had a bad experience! I chose a good location but I didn't realize how noisy is.... this hotel is right at the traffic circle! Noisy day and night that make us stressed out ....can't sleep! Stay away from this place!

Horrible noisy!

Worse hotel ever, room was dirty and wasn’t in a living condition  and still put guests in there. AC wasn’t working, doesn’t have hot water in the shower.  The male receptionist was super rude.  Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Stay away

It was definitely the worst hotel I saw in my life. First of all my 5 friends and I found some huge BUGS in the room that was so DIRTY that we had to put our sleeping bags on the mattress to avoid risks. Moreover the room was too small for our needs. Then the PERSONNEL was really UNPOLITE and did not try to help us at all. In sum, after visiting almost 30 countries in my life I have never witnessed such a bad experience.

STAY AWAY

Don't stay here. Staff rude, prebooked an airport transfer the night before our flight which staff didn't book for us and we were left waiting. Terrible air conditioning. Rooms cramped, no windows in the room. Staff did not make the stay enjoyable or even pleasant.

Rooms were old and cheap furniture. smoked smell everywhere and we did not stay for another night. Then we moved to another nearby. Only good point is location
Bellboy guys are rude and impolite at the side walk parking

Rude staffs and old room

I'll start with the pros. Big room and the hotel is in a good central location although it is very busy with traffic. The breakfast was quite nice and the waiting staff were friendly.
There were quite a lot of cons! Loads of ants in the room and even though we requested that the room was cleaned it didn't get rid of them. Poor wifi and the temp of the water could be scorching hot or cold. We did report it and a member of staff had a look but it didn't help. Really expensive laundry service and they expected an extra tip on the cost. I wouldn't stay here again and would advise to look elsewhere in Saigon.
