Very kind staff and clean room that is enough for my 3 nites stay here. It is near My Khe Beach and on the way to Hoi An. Room rate is the cheapest price in Da Nang that I found. They help me to rent a bike at 6$/day. I think it good for backpacker who is looking for a cheap price but clean, safe and helpful. Thanks for all.

Helpful staff

This hotel is in a good spot, in between marble mountain and sontra, both within easy motorbike distance. Which they hire out at the hotel :-) 
Rooms were fine but bathrooms could of been cleaner. 
Next door to the  hotel is the famous "Murphy steak house" well worth a visit. 

Budget hotel

Stayed two nights here in two different rooms.  The bathrooms are dirty and everything needs a good clean but in general the rooms were fine. The guys that work behind the desk are friendly and speak good English.  We hired motorbikes for $6 a day With no problems. The beds were ok.  Our first bed was fine the second room mattress had springs sticking through. Next door is a good steak house however.  In general it is cheap and a good base for the beach and son tra. 

Nice hotel for price

Me and my friend paid 7$ for a double room so 3,50 each. For this price it was really good!!! It was clean and the bed was amazing additional to the big and good shower!!! The people behind the desk were nice but their English was not that good!!! We had an offer on agoda and there it shows that the normal price is 15$. That is i think a way too much but we were lucky!!!

For 7$/night very good

When I stayed at this hotel it was cold and rained most the time I found my Deluxe double room unacceptable because there was no hot water so I was moved to a smaller room which did the room was comfortable the bed was soft and every thing worked ok I found this hotel to be a bit far away from things even with a bike but in the summer would be really good with the beach  The staff were friendly and for the price it was good value what I found annoying was the cleaning team would arrive about 4 pm and leave so much water on the floors they would be slippery so I would go around and dry them with a towel no big drama
