My boyfriend and I had a very lovely stay here at Ken's house. The staff were very helpful and friendly - we even played football with the owner and his kids and the receptionist lady one evening which was great fun! We felt very very welcome here. 

The room was lovely - a lot of natural light and nicely decorated. The only small negative thing about our room was that it was directly above what sounded like the water tank which woke us up rather early a few mornings.

Amazing staff and lovely room

The room is clean and very comfortable. There staff so friendly, very helpful, we came the hotel at midnight but the receptionist at that moment wasn’t get mad but so friendly and helped us so much. And last thing it’s very Reasonable price. 

Nice hotel - nice staffs

When arriving you definitely feel like you should have paid double. The interior is really cool, and the rooms are very spacious with good beds. The staff is sweet and helpful and made arrangements for motorbikes, taxies, places to eat etc. 

So sweet personnel and lovely interior

It was the best staying in Vietnam for our family.We travelled with a baby of 2 years old.We find that place amazing,warm,friendly and clean!Everyone speaks English,helpfull and young.The rooms are fresh,modern.It also has a kitchen with all needed.Thank you very much for the presents you had also gived to our baby!She enjoyed !

Great stay, nice and clean rooms at a great price, probably the best price/ value in town. The staff are super friendly and overall super happy to stay there. Wifi good enough to stream YouTube. Would go back if I was in the area. 👌

Clean place and warm friendly staff

We arrived Ken's house at 4am. That was not in our plan because the coach time was so short at night to arrive Da Lat. We knocked their door and have a seat and bathroom to freshen up. 
The problem is that we booked a room at 2pm on that day (it's our mistake). So we go around city centre and at 12 the receptionist called us to have our own room (clean and be ready to be used). OMG! You don't know how I feel when I could get a place to sleep earlier than I booked and after a long coach route and staying out for waiting. The receptionist is so nice, always smile and help us a lot for what we asked for. We rented a motorbike at Ken as well to travel easily in Da Lat. It's new and very good condition. Love the service that they provided. We will visit Dalat again in August and appropriately to choose Ken to stay. 👍🏻
P/S: sorry that I don't like taking photos in the hostel/hotel room so I can't give you any photo. The room is quite small but enough for you to have a good sleep with comfort and clean bed & bathroom. I don't care about the size of the room when I just need to sleep & take a shower. 

Nice place to have a rest after all day traveling

A huge suprised fitrst time when i checked-in. Cool mango smothie and very nice smiles from a girl front desk. she gave us a cozy and a garden of lavender room with a window, clean bathroom,.... nice breakfast ever i had tried, they changed every morning, special i really loved to enjoy strawberries jam homemade.
i will come back very soon.

An amazing place!!!

The staff are the highlight of this place. They are really friendly and helpful. 

Our first room had no external windows so smelt and bit musty and damp. We stayed for one night then asked to be moved, the new room was double the size and only £2.50 more a night. By the time we had agreed the staff had loved all our bags for us to the new room.

Breakfast was also included which was a nice surprise and you can hire scooters for 150,000 (new bike that ran really well). We also booked onward travel through them.

If you are sociable and want to meet people it's a great place to stay as they put on dinner and have a big communal area. You are about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre.
