Really cool little place. Super chilled, friendly, funny dudes that run it. Free use of laundry and kitchen. Free water. Fridge in room, air con, comfy bed, hot shower. Nice garden setting. Would recommend!

Cool place - good rooms!

Came here during the tail end of April and stayed for 6 nights. The people who manage the place are very lovely people, were warm and welcoming and spoke very good english. The room we stayed in was clean, had a comfortable bed and good working shower. The hostel also helped out with organising our transfer to our next destination. 

Lovely stay

it was so great to stay in Behome2 for few days in my trip in Phu Quoc island, They have small cozy home , James + Lady Killer +4 cute cats+ a nice dog. the staff were nice and helpful, help you with anything you need. the room is cheap compare to location around, clean up daily, motobike for rent...bla bla.

Home Away From Home

Our room was pretty good overall with airco, a good shower and daily cleaning. It can get noisy if you're unlucky in terms of neighbors and the window in the bathroom didn't close properly which let mosquitoes (and a lost lizard) in. 
Aside from these minor issues the hostel is well located with a 10 min walk to the beach and some good restaurants close-by. We rented one of their motorbikes for 3 days at 150k a day and despite crashing immediately in a fence due to my own stupidity, the bike was in good condition. There's also free drinking water and a washing machine you can use. A definite plus of this hostel is the welcoming staff who do their best to make you feel at home and answers any questions you might have.
All in all, while you shouldn't expect anything resort-like (but do you really want that nonsense?), this is a very good down-to-earth place to stay on Phu Quoc.

Very pleasant hostel

Brilliant location , free use of washing machine , free bottled water refills and use of the kitchen and bbq if you want too 
Bed a bit hard but nothing new in Asia 
Wonderful reasonable in price restaurant almost next door too

Fantastic, friendly and brilliant location

I loved staying at this hostel, the rooms are spacious, clean, have fridge and aircon and you can also use the washing machine! There is free water which is great for saving on all those plastic bottles, And the hostel is in a quiet street so great for sleeping!
The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful, and we had a lot of laughs! The owner also brews his own beer which is really really good!
And if you like animals there are 2 lovely pups and 2 tiny adorable kittens who I got very attached too!

A fantastic stay

very good hotel to stay in Phu Quoc, room is large and clean, a.c and hot shower, friendly staff, good food, good beer, free water and can use washing machine for free also, they can arrange the motorbike for you in ferry or airport as your request, spent time to show you map. thank you for hosting us.
ps: is you can make breakfast faster then it will be perfect.

We had some troble with ower Taxi Driver and they picked US Up with theyr Motorbikes .
IT IS a verry nice and relaxed place to stay the stuff will help you with everything of you ask i really loved Them.
But watch Out of IT IS raning IT will flood your room



Best stuff nice place to stay

Other reviews are absolutely correct about the staff, they are lovely and several spoke very good English. They have good advice, will help you with transport, book a boat tour at a good price if enough want to go, rent you a motorbike for 150 dong and generally chat to you when they are not working hard as they do.
The hostel is down an alley beside the canary hostel on the main road so quieter. Rooms are fairly spacious and clean for Vietnam standards. Aircon. WiFi, which was not so good for us. Good shower in spacious bathroom with shampoo and shower gel. Free laundry where a nice lady will show you how to work the machine in hand gestures and smiles. Free water refills, kitchen, beers for sale, kittens to play with, dogs to stroke, need I go on. Nice sitting area and benches by the rooms. 25 min walk into town/night market. Loads of places to eat and shops nearby and in town. Also sun cream in bottles bigger than 50ml readily available on Phu Quoc. (We have found these not so easy to get everywhere in Vietnam). Would recommend and would stay again.

Great little place to stay

I had a confirmed booking via booking.com for ages before the estimated arrival day. When we arrived (with a 1,5 year's old baby) they said they don't have the room. They brought us to an other hotel where we were negotiating about the price for hours because they wanted us to pay more which of course we did not want because we had a confirmed booking. At the end we got a diacount but still had to pay more. We spent hete 1 week and the same story happened with 3 other groups... The best of the story is that they replies to the booking.com that we did not attend at the hotel so we had to pay the cancellation fee. I could not contact anybody about it and I can not write a review in the booking because I did not stay there... I think this is their new business to get more money... Oh and the palace was in a very bad status anyway.
