Last week,I had a good trip at resort.Everything was good.Nice view for Bungalow Ocean View and cleanning.The staff was friendly and helpful.Buffet is delicious.Specially.Im really like swimming pool.That's great!
I will come back for next year!

Great Resort!

I visited this hotel with friends. Hotel offer accomodation in small bungalows. Equipment is old but OK,everything works. But I must warn againts bed..bed is really horrible. Old and really really uncomfortable..my back was destroyed. Nobody here speak english..only a very very poor. Breakfast is horrible too..no choose and food is not good. But the top of everything is beach. We were very disapponted after we saw the beach. Small, dirty, smell, lot of rubish, plenty of the fishermans. So the decision..hotel accomodation low then average but OK. But if you want to see beautiful beach..find another hotel..definitely not on Long Hai beach at all.

Acceptable hotel in Vietnam

It’s an amazing setting, quite away from mine town, beautiful place. But service is absolutely awful, as it’s alway from town , it’s far to walk to restaurant but hotel restaurant is terrible, you have to wait an hour to be served, no one speak English!

Would not recommend for foreign travelers 

Great beach, poorly maintained resort and average service. The rooms are a bit old but the common areas are falling apart here and there, obviously lacking maintenance. The beach and sunset views are great though!

Great beach, poorly maintained resort and average service

Visited this place a few times just for a day stay. Every thing appears run down there doesn't seem to be anyone in charge. Wanted to use the swimming pool but couldn't.  It was so green and dirty it would've been a definite health hazard.  Probably a nice place a few years ago but now poorly maintained and poorly managed.  I mean, how can you let a swimming pool go dark green when there are kids swimming in it. 

Nobody cares

We had high hoped for a weekend resort stay. The photos looked great so we took the plunge and booked two nights. We arrived to a nice cool drink but staff had VERY limited English so we weren't sure we were understood.
Got to our room which was a delightful villa with a sea view. It was clean, if a little dated.
Down to the pool which was not the cleanest, but we didn't get sick from swimming in it so perhaps not too bad.
Dinner in the restaurant was a disaster with a host who spoke no english, and despite ordering from pictures still got it wrong. 2.5 hours for dinner was just a bit too much considering we were the only ones there.
 Back to the room to find the AC was not working. Very seriously considered checking out the next morning,not helped by the mattress from hell-we could count springs with our backs, but decided to stick it out. The location was very relaxing and sitting on the deck of our villa it was quite lovely.

This would have been a fantastic place in its day-spacious parklike grounds and pool. Time has not been kind, or should I say maintenance has not occured.
By all means stay, but be aware the four star rating is very ambitious.

We asked the reception to call the taxi for us, thought they could be a branch taxi but turned to be a local man with his car. Ok we got in and forgot to ask how much, they we drive for 6km and he charged us 150,000. Should have be less than 100,000 or 100,000 with this kind of distance in vn. We felt bad as it is from the hotel contact. They probarly linked and work together as a scam. For those who come to this hotel should watch out and you probarly call a taxi by yourselve or at least ask the price bf you in.

For a supposed 4 star hotel you would expect better rooms, preferably ones without cockroaches. The bar and restaurant were mediocre and we waited over 20 minutes for a coffee and we were the only ones there! But the pool was beautiful, shame the wooden slated sun beds didn't have cushions so we could only sit a short while. The beach is full of rubbish too.This place is really run down although the gardens have been maintained but that's about it. Avoid if you are expecting 4 star resort.
